Human Trafficking Policy

Lovecraft Game has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced sexual activity, coercion, exploitation, and any activity that facilitates or benefits from trafficking.

Users may not use Lovecraft Game, its website, game features, communication tools, user profiles, posts, avatars, virtual spaces, private messages, or any other service to recruit, advertise, exploit, coerce, threaten, transport, harbor, control, or otherwise facilitate the trafficking or exploitation of any person.

The following are strictly prohibited:

– human trafficking or sex trafficking;
– recruitment or advertising for sexual exploitation;
– coercion, threats, blackmail, or forced sexual activity;
– exploitation of vulnerable persons;
– facilitation of prostitution or commercial sexual exploitation;
– content, messages, links, usernames, profiles, or in-game behavior that promote or coordinate trafficking;
– attempts to evade moderation, reporting, or enforcement related to trafficking or exploitation.

If we become aware of suspected human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, or exploitation connected to the platform, we may immediately remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where legally appropriate, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
