This policy also describes how LoveCraft Game reviews reported content, handles moderation-related complaints, and applies enforcement measures in relation to user-generated content, account activity, and platform safety concerns.

Content Review and Moderation

LoveCraft Game maintains content moderation and platform safety procedures designed to detect, review, restrict, remove, and report content or conduct that violates our Terms of Use, platform rules, applicable law, payment processor requirements, or card network rules.

Our platform is intended only for adults. We strictly prohibit any content or conduct involving minors, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, illegal sexual content, fraud, harassment, threats, impersonation, or attempts to evade platform safety rules.

Content moderation applies to user-generated content and user activity on the platform, including but not limited to profile content, usernames, avatars, images, forum posts, descriptions, messages, chat, reports, and other interactive features made available through the service.

Where user-uploaded content is submitted to the platform, such content is subject to review by a human moderator before publication. Content that does not comply with our Terms of Use, platform rules, applicable law, or compliance requirements may be rejected, restricted, removed, or blocked from publication.

In addition to moderator review before publication, LoveCraft Game may also review content and account activity after publication based on user reports, compliance review, suspicious activity, repeat violations, legal concerns, or other platform safety signals.

If content or conduct violates our policies or applicable law, LoveCraft Game may remove content, restrict visibility, disable features, issue warnings, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where legally appropriate, or report the matter to competent authorities.

LoveCraft Game does not permit users to upload, publish, share, or distribute real-life pornography, real-life sexually explicit images or videos, or any sexual content involving actual human beings. Non-explicit images of real persons are permitted only where lawful, non-pornographic, non-sexually explicit, and fully compliant with our Terms of Use, 2257 statement, and platform rules.

Age Verification and Access Restrictions

LoveCraft Game is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
