* All images, textures and videos used in the project must be uploaded and stored in the texture organizer of the game server, in the "my textures" section.

* It is strictly forbidden to use free locations "empty loft in the rock" and "Premium apartment", as well as designer (from the section "custom") locations from the real estate store.

How will the winner be determined?
There will be no voting!
The best project will be chosen by the contest administration, evaluating creativity, originality, functionality and compliance with technical requirements.
