CSAM Policy

Lovecraft Game has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), child exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content or activity involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Our platform is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, publishing, sharing, requesting, promoting, creating, soliciting, or distributing any content that depicts, suggests, encourages, normalizes, or facilitates:

– child sexual abuse material;
– sexual exploitation of minors;
– sexualized depictions of minors or persons who appear to be minors;
– grooming or sexual communication with minors;
– child trafficking or child sex trafficking;
– attempts to evade moderation rules related to minors or sexual exploitation.

This prohibition applies to real images, videos, text, links, fictional descriptions, roleplay, avatars, usernames, profile content, private messages, public posts, and any other user-generated content or in-game activity.

Lovecraft Game does not allow any sexual content involving real minors, fictional minors, characters presented as minors, or characters that appear to be underage.

When we become aware of suspected CSAM, child exploitation, or related illegal activity, we may immediately remove the content, suspend or terminate the account, preserve relevant information where legally appropriate, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities or child protection organizations.
